Xiaomi Type-C 10-in-1 Dock Tips:

Regarding the Type-C Power Delivery Port:
The Type-C power delivery port only supports adapters providing power input to devices like laptops and this product. It does not support power output or data transfer functions. The dock supports up to 90W charging for laptops and provides 10W standby power to external devices.

Regarding USB 3.0:
The performance of the Xiaomi Type-C 10-in-1 Dock complies with USB-IF standards. USB 3.0 = USB 3.1 Gen1 = USB 3.2 Gen1, with a bandwidth of 5 Gbps and theoretical transfer speeds of up to 450 MB/s. Please ensure your devices and cables support USB 3.0 or higher standards.

Regarding the HDMI Port
Use an HDMI 2.0 or higher cable. The laptop’s Type-C port must support DP 1.4 or higher video output protocols, and the display must support 4K@60Hz input. Under these conditions, the HDMI port can support 4K@60Hz (MAX) ultra-high-definition resolution output. Some devices supporting 4K@60Hz resolution output include:

Regarding SD & TF Card Slots:
This product does not support simultaneous reading/writing of SD and TF cards.

Regarding the 3.5mm Audio Jack:
The standard 4-pole 3.5mm audio jack supports microphone input and inline remote control functions.

Regarding the host device failing to charge or transfer data:
Please ensure the host device’s port is a full-function Type-C interface to support all features of this product. If it is not a full-function Type-C interface, only partial expansion capabilities may be available.

Regarding product heating:
Heating of the dock is normal. When the product is powered, the motherboard operates, causing electronic components to generate heat. The amount of heat may vary depending on usage duration, operations, and ambient temperature. The metal construction provides excellent thermal conductivity and dissipation, so heating during use is normal and not a quality issue.

Regarding external hard drives not being recognized or external devices malfunctioning:
If the required current exceeds the maximum output of the dock’s port or the laptop’s Type-C port, external devices may not function properly. It is recommended to connect the power adapter to the dock’s Type-C port to increase output power and ensure stable operation.

Regarding 2.4GHz wireless mouse stuttering:
Performance varies among wireless mice. Occasional stuttering may occur due to interference in the usage environment. For improved performance, connect the mouse’s wireless receiver to the outermost USB-A port of the dock or directly to a USB-A port on the laptop.

Regarding the adapter failing to charge devices:
Before use, ensure the laptop’s Type-C port is a full-function interface to support all features of this product. If it is not a full-function Type-C port, only partial expansion capabilities may be available. When connecting multiple devices, avoid exceeding the power adapter’s maximum capacity to prevent damage. Use the laptop’s original power adapter that supports PD 3.0 protocol; otherwise, device malfunctions may occur.

Regarding “no signal” display when connecting a monitor:
Improper connection between the HDMI plug and the dock’s port may cause unstable signal transmission or occasional “no signal” issues. Reconnect the HDMI cable and ensure it is securely plugged in. Using an HDMI-to-VGA adapter for secondary conversion may affect display compatibility. It is recommended to use a dock with a VGA port or a monitor with an HDMI interface.
